Christa grew-up in an entrepreneurial family , so running a business is in her blood and she has done so in various fields such as insurance to freelance writing.

After earning her bachelor of arts in communication studies at the University of North Texas Christa lead a successful career that spanned many areas of the insurance world from a self-employed sales office to corporate.

She enjoyed serving the grass roots customers in her office, but had a calling to transfer that love of helping everyday people to the healthcare field to which she had always been drawn.

Christa chose a change of path and became a registered nurse.  She completed her degree with accolades from nationally recognized Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.  Christa has experience in medical/surgical,  mother/baby units, and in surgery.

She now strives to help organizations reach their audiences and to achieve their goals with content that makes a difference in countless people’s lives.  

Christa is a wife, mother, and caters to her family’s rescued dog & cat. She is fascinated by the human body and is a life-long student of wellness and nutrition. Christa enjoys relaxing walks in nature and hopes to one day live in the middle of a forest.
